IT 
From hardware to software to services, the IT team represents a group of highly motivated people who are committed to creating a secure, robust and scalable technology infrastructure. 

OPERATIONS 
The Operations team consists of the Human Resources, Legal and Finance departments. These groups help the company run smoothly, by providing employees with competitive benefits and hiring the best available talent, ensuring that everything from annual budgets and legal contracts are in order.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 
Professional Services provides post-sales support, integration and training for Karomi's customers and partners. This team is heavily focused on supporting Karomi's customers with training and customisation of Karomi's products in conjunction with Karomi partners.

MARKETING 
Karomi's Marketing department provides support with marketing strategy, programs, sales tools and public relations geared towards making the Karomi's presence and positioning known.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES 
Karomi's Products and Services team defines the karomiENTERPRISE suite and other knowledge mangement solutions built and specified by Karomi through interactions with both customer and market needs as well as the development team at Karomi. 

SALES 
 Our Sales department assists prospects and customers in assessing their need for Karomi's products and services and selling these solutions.
