• The dashboard provides a single place from which auditors and auditees can view audit information and reports.
• Auditors can be assigned for each IQRS elements.
• All pending and completed audits can be viewed from the dashboard.
• All pending Non-Conformances(NC’s) and completed NC’s can be viewed from the dashboard.

MR Dashboard

• The Management Representative (MR) can schedule all 14 IQRS elements (ranging from Leadership and Strategy to Stakeholder Satisfaction) month-wise for the current financial year across several locations.
• MR has the flexibility to reschedule audits and change auditors.
• MR has a comprehensive view of the audit information

• Element-wise audit completion date

Auditor Dashboard

• Auditors receive alerts and e-mails for scheduled audits.
• Auditors do the audit and allocate scores for the elements audited.
• They can raise Non-Conformances for various element questions

Auditee Dashboard

• The auditee will receive and address the raised Non-Conformances.
• Option for "Root cause analysis" for the raised Non-Conformances.
• Option to allocate actions needed to be taken for raised Non-Conformances.
• Auditor can verify actions being taken.
• Workflow based tracking for action items.
• Option to trigger changes in ISO documents.

Customizable Reports and Charts

• Wizard driven report builder has support for graphical formats like bar graphs and pie charts for visual interpretation of audit trends.
• Element-wise Audit Detail Report : This report shows audit details like audit scores for the element, audit completed date, audit done by whom, auditee name for a particular location.
• Subelement-wise Score Report : This report shows the scores and score percentage for each subelement for a particular element audit
• IQRS Consolidated Report :Shows complete details of the latest audit for a particular location.
• Non Conformance Report : Shows the NC details like Title, Question No , NCR Number, Findings and NC status for a particular audit and location.
• IQRS Consolidated NC Report : Reports on all NC details of the latest audit of a particular location.

Alerts and Reminders

• E-mail alerts and reminders are triggered for the following :
• The auditor for scheduled audits.
• The auditor for pending audits.
• The auditee for non-conformances.
• The auditor to verify scheduled non-conformances.
• Action items on NC pending with user
• Configurable e-mail templates can be setup for each of the above alerts.

IQRS Masters

• Master list of all 14 IQRS elements ranging from Leadership and Strategy to Stakeholder Satisfaction is mantained
• The sub-element list of all 14 IQRS elements is also maintained.
• The masters also maintain the auditing questions for each sub-element belonging to IQRS elements.
