| Workflow Designer |
Karomi Workflow lets you model and maintain your business processes using a graphical workflow builder. You can define processes that loop, branch into parallel flows, decompose into sub-flows, branch on task results, and more. Expressing business rules in the process enables rule based routing. Activities are performed by users, groups, roles and can also be placed in a queue.

| Workflow Views |
Monitoring workflows is easily done by creating one or more Views. Workflow Views allow users to view workflow information in their homepage. Whether its work that you need to review or work initiated by you, the workflow views give users, managers and process owners, a single place from which to monitor. The workflow views show the count in each category of view and also provide links to drill-down into the process and view the eForms and the Workflow history.
| Workflow Reports |
The in-built workflow report generation wizard allows users to create and manage reports easily. By following a multi-step click-and-configure interface, reports and charts can be instantly created. Simple reports, group-by reports, interactive reports and sum/avg/min/max are supported. Bar charts, Pie chart, Line chart and Grouped charts are supported. Reports can be viewed from the workflow homepage and can also be viewed from the Dashboard.
